LICENSE RECOVERY
Conditional ban
You get to keep your licence if you pass both theory and practical tests within the period of time that the police decides – usually 6 months.
There is not requirement for teaching – it is only recommended.
Unconditional ban
You will be banned from driving for 6 months or more. Once the banned expires the licence is recovered by passing both theory and practical exams.
There is no requirement for teaching – it is only recommended.
Driving licence valid less than 3 years:
You will be banned conditionally. Theory and practical exams must be passed – and there is requirement for specific amount of lessons.
Note: If the licence is lost due to use of narcotics or alcohol then you will have to attend ANT course. You will have to add certificate to application process.
